What are your delivery times for translation assignments?
Our delivery times depend on the complexity of the language and the number of words in the document. Our standard delivery time is five days. Our translators can usually manage up to 2,000 words per day. If the text contains a large amount of special terminology, then the translator may need to read up on it in advance. The best results are achieved when we have access to reference materials that we can review to ensure the quality. Otherwise our translators will do their own research. We can usually provide express deliveries within 8-48 hours, but we have to assess the possibilities on a case by case basis.

How do you set the price?
Prices are set according to the complexity of the assignment. For simple translations we charge per word, with a minimum charge of 300 words. However, in most cases we estimate price and delivery time individually for each assignment.

Which languages can you manage?
We regularly carry out assignments in 120 languages. Just ask us about your required language combination and we will do our best to assist you.

In which formats can you deliver?
We can deliver in your preferred format. We usually deliver in Word or PDF, but we can also deliver in InDesign, Quark Express, eps and xml formats. Just let the project manager know what you prefer.

Which graphic software do you use?
We use all the latest versions of InDesign, Quark Express, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop. We are also able to handle xml, html, and php versions.
